At Matthews Marking Systems, I contributed to projects focused on improving product usability and team efficiency. I created a UI/UX map for the MPERIA device, the company’s core product, and collected Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to strengthen knowledge of ink production. I developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to streamline feature prioritization, conducted interviews and market research to support product improvements, and enhanced team collaboration by organizing the SharePoint platform and recommending new features.
